not always. theres a mixture of formal and informal language.
i usually try to write other ways of saying things in more formal/informal ways.
also a lot of the time, words can be made more formal by adding ‘yo/요’ to the end of the word. e.g: saranghae(yo), bogosipeo(yo), eobseo(yo), jal ja(yo), bab meogeosseo(yo)
